WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
This is a field position that will require residential installations of Solatubes and related products. This role will consist of the below:
- Accurately assess site conditions (roof pitch, type of roof, suitability of build site for product) and measurements
- Execute accurate field measures and cut roofing/materials (including, but not limited to wood and metal)
- Assembly and installation of Solatube products, ensuring appropriate sealing and finish work is completed prior to vacating the site
- Working from rooftop elevations from 1-3 stories daily
- On-site collection of payments for balances due for services
- Working with homeowners, maintaining current contacts and sourcing new opportunities by networking with on-site clients, and contractors as able
THE DETAILS:
Please note that candidates without a driver license and a clean driving record will not be considered for this role.
- Two or more years of construction/residential installation (required), roofing experience preferred
- Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Word, Power Point, SharePoint, Teams (required)
- Experience using a CRM system (Hubspot preferred)
- Strong phone and email communication skills
- Effective and efficient time management, with strong organizational skills
- Customer care experience
- Proactive in approach and have good problem-solving skills
- High energy, positive "can do" attitude with a strong work ethic
- Strong desire to work productively and independently in a team environment
- Persuasive, persistent, and have the desire to learn new things
