We focus on innovative metal system installations (stainless-steel and aluminum) in buildings across the Pacific Northwest.

What You’ll Do

As part of our Inside Sales/Dispatch Team, you’ll work in-office in Edmonds, WA. Once you’ve mastered this role, there’s room for you to grow into larger sales and leadership opportunities. Here’s a sneak peek at what your day might look like:

  • Connect with customers through phone sales and schedule free in-home estimates.
  • Generate and nurture leads, working with both new and existing B2B clients.
  • Provide in-person showroom consultations and design advice.
  • Prepare detailed project estimates for contractors and homeowners.
  • Build relationships with clients and contractors, while seeking out new business opportunities.
  • Use our CRM to schedule appointments, consultations, and installations.
  • Coordinate dispatches based on geography and customer needs.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics.

What You Bring

  • At least one year of sales or customer service experience.
  • Phone sales and scheduling experience (minimum one year).
  • Experience with CRMs (ServiceTitan preferred).
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong communicator with a knack for problem-solving and organization.
  • Positive, energetic, and eager to work both independently and in a team.
  • Passionate about ethical sales and delivering quality.
