WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

This is an in-office, in-person position located in Edmonds, WA. As part of our team, here are some of the things you'll be doing:

  • Conducting phone sales and scheduling free in-home estimates
  • Generating B2B new leads and following up on existing ones
  • Attending to showroom sales and design consultations
  • Preparing and presenting detailed project estimates to contractors and homeowners
  • Maintaining current contacts and sourcing new opportunities
  • Networking with dealers, clients, and contractors
  • Scheduling appointments, sales consultations, and installations using CRM database
  • Sales performance tracking and reporting

 

THE DETAILS:

Please note that candidates without a driver license and a clean driving record will not be considered for this role.

  • Two or more years of sales or customer service experience
  • One year of phone sales experience
  • One year of scheduling experience
  • Experience managing sales flow using a CRM system
  • Strong phone and email communication skills
  • Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Word, Power Point, SharePoint, Teams
  • CRM systems and database management
  • Effective and efficient time management, with strong organizational skills
  • Customer care experience
  • Proactive in approach and have good problem-solving skills
  • High energy, positive "can do" attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Strong desire to work productively and independently in a team environment
  • Persuasive, persistent, and have the desire to learn new things
  • Passionate about ethical sales and representing only quality products
