Beehaven Inc. (partnered with NW Natural Lighting and NNL Precision Railing) is a family-owned company with over 30 years of experience in commercial and residential specialty construction. We focus on innovative metal system installations (stainless-steel and aluminum) in buildings across the Pacific Northwest.
What You’ll Do
As part of our Inside Sales/Dispatch Team, you’ll work in-office in Edmonds, WA. Once you’ve mastered this role, there’s room for you to grow into larger sales and leadership opportunities. Here’s a sneak peek at what your day might look like:
- Connect with customers through phone sales and schedule free in-home estimates.
 - Generate and nurture leads, working with both new and existing B2B clients.
 - Provide in-person showroom consultations and design advice.
 - Prepare detailed project estimates for contractors and homeowners.
 - Build relationships with clients and contractors, while seeking out new business opportunities.
 - Use our CRM to schedule appointments, consultations, and installations.
 - Coordinate dispatches based on geography and customer needs.
 - Track and report on sales performance metrics.
 
What You Bring
- At least one year of sales or customer service experience.
 - Phone sales and scheduling experience (minimum one year).
 - Experience with CRMs (ServiceTitan preferred).
 - Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
 - Strong communicator with a knack for problem-solving and organization.
 - Positive, energetic, and eager to work both independently and in a team.
 - Passionate about ethical sales and delivering quality.
