Our core business focuses on the installation of architectural metal systems (stainless-steel and aluminum) on commercial buildings across the Pacific Northwest.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
This is an in-office, in-person position located in Edmonds, WA. As part of our team, here are some of the things you'll be doing:
- Conducting phone sales and scheduling free in-home estimates
- Generating B2B new leads and following up on existing ones
- Attending to showroom and in-home sales and design consultations
- Preparing and presenting detailed project estimates to contractors and homeowners
- Maintaining current contacts and sourcing new opportunities
- Networking with dealers, clients, and contractors
- Scheduling appointments, sales consultations, and installations using CRM database
- Sales performance tracking and reporting
THE DETAILS:
Please note that candidates without a driver license and a clean driving record will not be considered for this role.
- Two or more years of construction/residential sales
- One year of phone sales experience
- One year of scheduling experience
- Experience managing sales flow using a CRM system
- Strong phone and email communication skills
- Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Word, Power Point, SharePoint, Teams
- CRM systems and database management
- Effective and efficient time management, with strong organizational skills
- Customer care experience
- Proactive in approach and have good problem-solving skills
- High energy, positive "can do" attitude with a strong work ethic
- Strong desire to work productively and independently in a team environment
- Persuasive, persistent, and have the desire to learn new things
- Passionate about ethical sales and representing only quality products
