WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
As an Installation Technician, you will work alongside a small tactical team installing prefabricated products on buildings across the Greater Seattle area.
THE DETAILS:
Please note that candidates without a driver license and a clean driving record will not be considered for this role.
- 2-3 years of carpentry, framing or general construction experience (required)- experience installing architectural metal products a plus!
- 1-2 years experience using project management software such as Procore or Buildertrend (required)
- Must be able to read and navigate construction plan sets
- Highly skilled in using construction tools and job-site equipment (any current certifications are a plus!)
- Able to accurately read a tape measure and do basic math using fractions
- Must be good working at heights on buildings, ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts
- Proficient using technology such as iPhones, iPads and Microsoft Office 365
- Proven communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving
- Proven Dependability and a Strong Work Ethic
- Ability to work independently and understands priorities
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to carry 50 lbs
